Whether you’re unsure where to start or need a strategy to break through the noise, this program provides the tools, guidance, and structure you need—delivered weekly, so you can engage at your own pace and on your schedule—to propel you forward with a clear plan and tactics to uncover your next opportunity.
How It Works
Every Sunday evening, Tom will send you a weekly roadmap that sets clear, actionable goals to guide you for the week. This includes a 30-minute recorded session on the week’s topic, downloadable guides, and tips tailored to that week’s focus. We understand the demands of daily life and the challenges of job searching, so we’re committed to helping you take efficient action in your search.
To ensure you stay on course, Tom will send you a check-in via text or email each week. These reminders are designed to help you stay accountable and provide support when you need it most. Our flexible approach lets you engage with the content at your own pace, all while knowing we’re here to back you up.
