Featured Speaker: Gail Jacobs

Gail Jacobs is a Senior HR Leader who has a passion for helping people find their future career opportunities. Over the last 20+ years, she’s recruited entry-level to C-Suite roles in various industries. She’s seen dramatic changes to the hiring process and technologies and wants to help others understand what they can do to stand out from a crowd.

She started her career as a Human Resources Generalist and most recently, she was the Vice President of People at Guardant Health, a publicly traded biotechnology company dedicated to helping conquer cancer globally using its liquid biopsy technology and data. She oversaw global talent acquisition and the AMEA HR function. Her skills relate to the operations of human resources and talent acquisition, but also data analytics, project management and systems improvements.

Previously, she held HR roles for global companies including Risk Management Solutions (RMS), CDM Smith, Sensata Technologies and Ingersoll-Rand. She has an MS in Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Rhode Island, an MA in Social Relations and a BA in Government from Lehigh University.
